United Sports Brands is the official partner of acb

Olen, Belgium (March 2021) – United Sports Brands Europe (USBE) and the Spanish Association of Basketball Clubs (acb) announced a multiyear partnership that will continue making USB’s brand Spalding the official game ball of the Spanish League. USBE’s brands McDavid and KT Tape will become the partners of sports medical, protective and compression wear.

Acb and United Sports Brands, a multi-brand company known as the new Powerhouse of Basketball in Europe, have reached an agreement that will extend Spalding as the official game ball and enhances the partnership among both organizations. Following this new deal, the 2021-22 season will mark the 10th straight with Spalding game ball for all official competitions organized by the acb: Liga Endesa, Copa del Rey and Supercopa Endesa.

From July 1st, 2021 United Sports Brands Europe officially takes over the distribution for the brand Spalding including basketballs, recreational basketball backboards and systems and basketball accessories for the European key markets France, Spain and Portugal, Germany and Austria, Scandinavia and the UK. At the same time, USBE has the license to produce basketball textile and bags for the whole European market.
